We read every message.

Questions, feedback, a problem with the app, or a business request (models, cam sites, advertising)? Write to us at [email protected].

Before you write

• Installing or alerts not working? The FAQ answers the most common questions.
• A problem with a payment, an account or a show on a cam site? Please contact that cam site directly – AdultCam.app has no access to your cam site account.
• A model who wants her profile hidden from AdultCam.app: write to us from the e-mail address registered with the cam site and tell us the site and username.
